TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) include any rules or terms set by site/venue owners, vendors, or agents, which can be obtained from the official ticket agent. By possessing a ticket, you accept these T&Cs.
2. The term "Event" may refer to any individual FOLLOW THE CROWD event, any combination of such events, or all FOLLOW THE CROWD events, depending on the circumstances. Each provision of these T&Cs applies to any or all of these events, as applicable.
"Us", "We", "Our", and "FTC EVENTS" refer to FOLLOW THE CROWD and/or its representatives, employees, and subcontractors.
We reserve the right to impose restrictions or conditions before and during the event to ensure safety. You must follow all instructions given by event staff and stewards. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the event without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event sites (including all event venues within such sites) without a refund, for reasons of public safety (including crowd surfing or moshing), unacceptable behavior that may cause damage, nuisance, or injury, or for any breach of these T&Cs.
Tickets are for the events, and any listed artists or attractions may be subject to change.
Our events are a "big bag free" zone. Only bags smaller than A4 size will be allowed. Guests without bags will have quicker access to the event.
No trading or promotional activities are allowed at any event without our prior written consent. Goods featuring unauthorized logos must be surrendered to event staff.
By entering the event sites, you give your express consent for your actual or simulated likeness to be included, without compensation, in any audio or visual recordings. These recordings may be used in any media for any purpose, at any time, including CCTV, filming by police or security staff, and/or for marketing purposes.
Alcoholic Drinks will be available for purchase at our events for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are caught purchasing drinks for someone underage, you will be escorted off the premises and BANNED from attending any future events.
These T&Cs may be updated periodically at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the amended T&Cs on the event website.
We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage to persons or property sustained at the event, regardless of the cause (including by us and our agents), unless directly caused by our negligence or circumstances where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.
We may take legal action if you deliberately damage the event sites, their infrastructure, or cause harm to any person at the event and/or on the event sites.
These T&Cs are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  1. If the event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled (if the event is partially cancelled, a proportionate partial refund will be issued).

  2. If the event is materially altered, which means a change (other than a rescheduling) that, in our opinion, makes the event significantly different from what ticket purchasers could reasonably expect.

 

The following situations are not considered "material alterations":

  • Changes to the event line-up

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Changes to individual band members

  • Curtailment of the event where the majority of the event is still performed

  • Delays in starting the performance or event

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

1.⁠ ⁠General Provision on Disputes and Chargebacks

Except where you are exercising rights under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded, you agree not to initiate any dispute or chargeback with your card issuer or financial institution in relation to any transaction with us.

2. Refunds and Claims

Your rights to refunds, claims, or other remedies are subject to these Booking Conditions, in addition to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

3.  Chargeback Defence

In the event of an improper or unjustified chargeback attempt, we reserve the right to present this Clause as evidence to defend against the chargeback with your financial institution.

AGE POLICY

​Our events is strictly limited to persons aged 17 and over. Individuals must be prepared to show valid photographic identification (ID) on request, For example provisional licence, College ID, Zip cards etc.
If you fail to provide valid photographic ID or if security deem your ID unacceptable you will be denied entry. 

SECURTIY

  1. Search Policy:

    • Searching is a condition of entry. You may be searched at any time and anywhere on the event site by security personnel.

  2. Confiscation of Dangerous Items:

    • We have the right to confiscate any items that may reasonably be considered weapons, or that could be used as weapons, or may pose a danger, cause offense, or disrupt others.

  3. Illegal Items and Activities:

    • Individuals suspected of carrying illegal items or engaging in illegal activities may be handed over to the police, denied entry, or evicted from the event without a refund.

  4. Zero Tolerance for Drugs:

    • The event enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused entry, removed from the event, and may be handed over to the police.

  5. Eviction and Refusal of Entry:

    • We reserve the right to evict individuals without a refund or refuse admission if these security policies are violated.

  6. Body and Bag Searches:

    • Body and bag searches are a condition of entry. You may be searched at any time and anywhere on the event site by security personnel.

  7. Confiscation of Weapons:

    • Any items deemed to be weapons (or capable of being used as weapons), or that may cause danger, offense, or disruption to others, will be confiscated.

BANNED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted at the event:

If you need to bring specific food, drink, or medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please provide supporting medical documentation.

  • Aerosols, airhorns, alcohol, animals (except for assistance dogs), balloons, barbecues, or any cooking apparatus

  • Bicycles, blowtorches, cans, chairs (including stools, floor seating, and shooting sticks)

  • Drinks, including bottled water

  • Drones, drugs, gas canisters, gazebos/parasols/large umbrellas (e.g., golf umbrellas)

  • Glass (including glass makeup or perfume bottles), food hampers/cool bags/boxes

  • Fires, firewood, fireworks, flags on poles, flares, generators

  • Illegal substances, inflatable furniture, items resembling weapons

  • Legal highs (including Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment), laser equipment/pens

  • Petrol burners, pyrotechnics, unauthorized recording or transmitting equipment

  • Roller skates, scooters, sky or Chinese lanterns, smoke bombs/canisters

  • Sound systems (including personal speakers), spray cans, tabards/high-vis jackets

  • Unauthorized vehicles (including buses, coaches, or trucks), motorcycle helmets, personal drones

  1. Photography & Recording:

    • Photography and recording equipment are allowed for personal, non-commercial use only.

    • We may charge a license fee for any commercial use of photos or audio/visual recordings made at the event.

  2. Drones & Aerial Devices:

    • The use of drones or similar devices (including toy drones) is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained.

  3. Food & Beverages:

    • External food and beverages, other than those mentioned in Section 1 (prohibited items), are not allowed within event venues or areas.

  4. Confiscated Items:

    • Any prohibited items surrendered or confiscated during the event will not be returned.

    • Those refusing to surrender banned items will be asked to leave the event.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

Recording Equipment:

You are not permitted to bring any unauthorized audio, video, photographic, or digital recording devices into the performance areas, nor to make any audio, video, or photographic recordings. The event organizer reserves the right to confiscate any unauthorized recordings.

Filming and Sound Recording Consent:

By attending, you consent to being filmed or recorded as a member of the audience, whether at the venue or online.

Use of Photos and Videos:

You agree that any photos or videos taken of you during the event may be used on our website and across all our social media platforms.

HEALTH AND SAFTEY

  • Fires and Burning Materials:
    Fires and the burning of any materials are strictly prohibited anywhere on or within the event sites.

  • Smoking Policy:
    Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings. In designated areas of the event sites, only a reasonable amount of cigarettes or vapes for personal use is allowed.

  • Cigarette/Vape Consumption:
    Excessive amounts of cigarettes or vapes are not permitted. Only a reasonable quantity for personal consumption will be allowed in applicable areas of the event sites.

  • Hearing Protection:
    Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Please take appropriate precautions.

  • Special Effects:
    Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting, and other special effects may be used during some performances.

  • Event Participation Risk:
    All attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

  • Animal Policy:
    No animals are permitted on the event sites.

DATA PROTECTION

When you book tickets with us, we will store your name, address, and other personal information in our database, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you would like to make any requests regarding your personal data, please contact us via email at support.
